January Wrap-Up

It is January already and I am really surprised at just how much time is flying by already!  We had a really busy January at Everything to do with books and here are just some of the things that we got up to.

So the books I read for January were:

The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett

The Eiffel Tower's Daughter by Bethany Huang

Zan-Gah and the Beautiful Country by Allan Richard Shickman

Violet Wings by Victoria Hanley

The Dresskeeper by Mary Naylus

Frindle by Andrew Clements

Mostly Harmless by Douglas Adams

The Lake by William P. Crawford

Cinderella: Ninja Warrior by Maureen McGowan

Logic of Demons by H. A. Goodman

Sleeping Beauty: Vampire Slayer by Maureen McGowan

Untangle the Knots Within by Cynthia M. Andersen

Lost Voices by Sarah Porter

Across the Universe by Beth Revis

Blood Roses by Francesca Lia Block

Eternal by Cynthia Leitich Smith

Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld

In the Storm by Karen Metcalf

Books that I stopped reading were:
The Chosen Colossus of Evil by C.A. Woytowich which I just couldn't get past the prologue with because it was a finished copy of the book and there were about 25 errors a page which I just couldn't concentrate on the story with.

Books Scarlett read:

The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett

Matched by Ally Condie

Generation Dead by Daniel Waters

Kiss of Life by Daniel Waters

So look out for the reviews of the ones that haven't been done yet over the next few days.

Also, our book of the month for this month is The Haunted by Jessica Verday so be on the lookout for our joint review on that one.  Also make sure to vote on the new poll if you haven't yet.

Starting from February onwards there will be a few changes to some of the features here on the blog.  I won't go into great detail right now but I can say that some of the things will be quite exciting.  At least I think it will be.
