Did everyone watch the show's premiere last week?! [p.s. I haven't seen this week's...so no spoilers!] It was interesting, but I think overall I was kind of disappointed. I mean waiting for so long built up a lot of anticipation! And I wasn't impressed with Aria's clothes (booo). I read somewhere that the stylist for the show was going to stop modifying and altering Aria's clothes and begin dressing her more mainstream. Too bad, her unique outfits were something interesting to look forward to! Anyway, this post isn't about Aria! It's about Spencer: a no-nonsense, straight-A student, and overall goal-oriented, preppy gal who's clothing dictates her personality and family background. Here's some pics of her outfits, so you can get a sense of what Spencer (played by Troian Bellisario) is all about!
I find most of Spencer's outfits very structured and academic; she is usually wearing lots of blouses, jackets, cardigans, pants, and oxfords. A lot of the time, Spencer is seen rocking the nautical look which looks fantastic on her. Most of the time, Spencer seems like she jumped out of Jenna Lyons' closet!! So, of course I had a lot of fun making up outfits for her. I've included some of Spencer's staple items like a schoolboy blazer and oxfords. And of course her black funeral dress ;) Enjoy!
