For this week's edition of Pretty Little Liars Inspiration, I'm featuring Melissa Hastings, Spencer's sophiscated older sister. Melissa is featured less often in the show, but it quickly becomes obvious that the two siblings do not get along. Melissa is a smart, determined business school graduate engaged to a med student, but it seems that Spencer always ends up crushing on Melissa's boyfriends and fiance. In order for you to get an idea of Melissa's (played by Torrey DeVitto) style, I've posted a few pics that represent her wardrobe staples.
Melissa is probably in her mid-twenties and usually dresses with an older sophiscated style. She is usually wearing dark rinse jeans with a blouse and cardigan and always looks put together. Unfortunately, her style doesn't do much for being original or unique like most of the other PLLs; however, her style suits her "perfect older sister" character. I tried to incorporate these thoughts when I was making my take on her style. Enjoy!
