Review: If you like mathematics and geometry even more specifically then I think you will enjoy Flatland. Much like a mathematical essay for the most part it is actually a really interesting book. I do enjoy mathematics I think it's a fascinating subject and this book was a truly amazing read.
Bascially Flatland has one character mainly, so really there isn't a lot of character development but for this sort of book that didn't bother me too much because I was more interested in the story and the idea of another universe of only 2 dimensions just seemed really really interested.
I loved the language of the book. It just seems really refreshing to read in a similar language to that of Shakespeare's. I think it's because the book was written in the late 1800's but it's still a really good book.
There's not a lot else to say about Flatland other than if you like mathematics and geometry in particular then give Flatland a go. It's a really good classic.
