Title: Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life
Author: Bryan Lee O'Malley
Published: Oni Press, 2004
Pages: 168
Series: Volume One, Scott Pilgrim
Suummary: Scott Pilgrim's life is totally sweet. He's 23 years old, he's in a rock band, he's "between jobs," and he's dating a cute high school girl. Nothing could possibly go wrong, unless a seriously mind-blowing, dangerously fashionable, rollerblading delivery girl named Ramona Flowers starts cruising through his dreams and sailing by him at parties. Will Scott's awesome life get turned upside-down? Will he have to face Ramona's seven evil ex-boyfriends in battle? The short answer is yes. The long answer is Scott Pilgrim, Volume 1: Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life. (Taken from Goodreads)
Thoughts: After watching the movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The Universe I was intrigued as to how the graphic novel series would be and luckily I managed to get a hold of this one at the library.

If you’ve seen the movie, then it’s basically like the start of the movie and a lot of the dialogue and things like that are directly from the graphic novel.
Needless to say, I still enjoyed reading Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life. It was fun and really fast. Having seen the movie first I already know a lot that is going to happen but there were a few additional scenes that I thoroughly enjoyed too.
If you haven’t read Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life and you’re a fan of graphic novels then I think you’ll enjoy this one because it is very good and I laughed quite a lot.
One comparison between this and the movie is that in this one Scott Pilgrim isn’t Michael Cera. This Scott Pilgrim has his own characteristics which make him a pretty cool character.
