Nove Italiano sits atop the Palms Casino Resort’s Fantasy Tower and combines inspired design, superb Italian cuisine and unsurpassed energy—not to mention some of the city’s most spectacular views. Recently named #1 Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas by Orbitz, Nove Italiano transforms perceptions of Italian dining just as N9NE Steakhouse, situated in the original Palms tower, revolutionized the American steakhouse. A prominent station in the dining room features a chef preparing Spaghetti Nove, decadent seafood pasta and a Nove Italiano signature dish.
