The Blog
Everything to do with books is first and foremost a blog full of book reviews. We are not genre specific and while it does seem like it we are not limited to just YA books. Occasionally we will have other posts about bookish things; we do have many features, each one will have a brief explanation below. The blog was created in March 2009 and continues to grow every day. Originally it was started by Rebecca but then in February 2010 Scarlett became a contributor, and then in October 2010 she became a partner. As we are both proud New Zealander's we like to showcase a lot of New Zealand books by New Zealand authors.
Features
Some of the features you will see that aren't reviews are:
Reading on Film - This is a feature that happens once in a while when we come across a book that has been made into a movie. If we have read and/or reviewed a book that has been made into a movie we will feature it on Reading on Film and just talk about the book compared to the movie.
Kiwi Spotlight – This feature will be mentioned whenever we review a book by a New Zealand author.
Passing on for Review – A monthly feature where we pass on any review books we have received that we feel would be better off in the hands of someone else to review for whatever reason.
About the Reviews
