Legendary comedian Carrot Top has announced that he will be holding a national prop contest. The winning prop will be used in Carrot Top’s show at the Luxor Las Vegas and the winning prop creator will be awarded a trip for two to Luxor. “The idea to do a national prop contest came after we had one specifically for Luxor employees,” said Scott “Carrot Top” Thompson. “There were some really great ones and I still use the winning prop in my show at Luxor. I figured that a national contest would be a lot of fun and Luxor really put together a great prize package. I can’t wait to see what people send in.” In addition to having their prop used in the Carrot Top show at Luxor, the winning prop maker will win round trip airfare for two, two-night hotel accommodations at Luxor, dinner for two and two tickets to see Carrot Top live at Luxor. Entries will be taken until midnight on May 1, 2010. All props sent in will be judged by members of Carrot Top’s staff and a winner will be announced shortly after the deadline.
