Aww, Saturdays. Nothing is better than a relaxing Saturday. Other than my Pretty Petal Mini Skirt by J. Crew of course. This skirt is very versatile and I love that I can dress it up or dress it down. Its also very comfortable! I am so glad I put this skirt in the challenge, it is definitely one of my J. Crew treasures. Now, if I could only get my hands on the Pretty Petal Cardigan.....

Another workday! I'm glad I'm currently working in a workplace that allows me to wear pretty much anything (as long as its decent - and  I can wear a lab coat if I have to) so I'm having a lot of fun (and freedom) with this remix. Today I'm wearing my fav J. Crew tee. It's odd - this brown-orange color goes with everything! But I'm especially liking it with these white pants. Love this outfit!

I'm super excited for tonight. You know why? Because I get to wear this wicked awesome little number! Tonight the Art Gallery I work at is throwing the opening night for the new exhibit.....aka BIIIIIG deal. And I have to look ultra cute, obvi. I feel like my outfit is very Kate Spade inspired, although my wardrobe completely lacks Kate Spade-ness. I'm also thinking I may cheat by wearing the gladiators to walk to the gallery and then switch to heels, for professionalism's sake. Thoughts? Is the sweater guard clip too much? Channeling my inner Emma Pillsbury here! hehe

So guess what! I'm totally adoring my fedora today :) Its kinda hot here....well its going up to 30ish this afternoon, so I was thinking sun protection is the way to go. Pants may be a bad choice. Does anyone else love fedoras? In general I love hats, but I'm particularly loving this fedora - goes with so many outfits and protects me from sunburn. Double points!

Had a lot of fun with outfits this past week! And unfortunately after doing some damage at the Mall with my friends Beth and Jenny (holllaaaaa) I'm getting pretty excited for my new finds....ex: the  most amazing white eyelet dress from Le Chateau! Can't wait to break that little baby out. Also, a fabulous RED cotton pencil skirt was found at Jacob. It's glorious!
