So guess what! I'm totally adoring my fedora today :) Its kinda hot here....well its going up to 30ish this afternoon, so I was thinking sun protection is the way to go. Pants may be a bad choice. Does anyone else love fedoras? In general I love hats, but I'm particularly loving this fedora - goes with so many outfits and protects me from sunburn. Double points!

NSWOR: Conference Edition

Hi Lovelies! So I might have lied yesterday about getting my blog back on track, forgive me?! I am going to be at a conference in Delaware from Thursday to Saturday.....and I thought, why can't I make this blog friendly?! Soooooo.....Here's my outfits for the conference - which of course, I already have picked out, even down to the accessories. I mean, there is only so much room in a suitcase, I had to plan ahead :) Enjoy!







Day One: Bus drive to Delaware (10hrs) + Reception

EBEW is run by Linda and Liz who wanted an outlet for fashionable people to share how they interpret and style these basic wardrobe pieces to suit their personal style. Well lovelies, I present to you what I wore this week. And a little surprise with the help of  my buds, Brit and Kelly - who happened to be belt twins one day. This week, my personal photographer and lab neighbor, Maki, said, "Tasia, we have to bring these photoshoots up a notch!". And she made me take photos outside in the bitter Canadian cold. It was awesome. Not really....But the photos are great! Thanks Maki! And thanks to Kelly and Brit for putting up with Maki and I's shinanigans while we took photos of them and tried to create a wind effect using a piece of blotter paper. Pretty epic. Pretty noisy. So one thing that I definitely wanted to try in this glorious new year was documenting my outfits; however, I have learned a lot by just doing this for the past four days.....This takes waaay too much effort for me ;) What I have decided on (because originally I thought I could do this once a week, everyweek - whoa, high expectations!) is having a Not-So-Weekly Outfit Roundup depicting my favorite outfits for the last few weeks....I think this is a more reasonable goal for myself. All Things Furry

Being that Canadian winters are freakin' cold, I thought I'd post some items that I'm either loving or longing after for the following months. I have the slippers in grey and they are amazing for walking across my cold apartment floors; they give my toes a warm haven to hibernate in. I also have a similar trapper hat from Urban Outfitters that is the best purchase I've ever made which makes walking to campus so much easier when walking through the tundra. Everything else are merely things that I'd like to add to my collection but may have to wait indefinitely, *sigh*. Enjoy!
