Developed in partnership with the country’s best-known foot expert, Glenn Copeland, D.P.M., author of The Foot Book and The Foot Doctor, the Canyon Ranch Healthy Feet center offers comprehensive gait analysis, orthotics and rejuvenating foot and leg therapies.

Gait Analysis
Gait analysis will monitor how the guest moves and assess the biomechanics of the feet as they walk across an orthotics mat. If indicated, orthotics (corrective inserts for shoes) will be recommended and are available off-the-shelf or are customizable. Orthotics can effectively correct many physical problems that arise from improper foot mechanics. Those suffering from general aches and pains from their feet to the lower back; have flat feet or high arches; have calluses or corns, have abnormal wear on shoes or have arthritis in the lower body should consider a gait analysis. This service is 25 minutes and fees vary.
All-Star Treatment for Athletes
This intensive service is designed to release tight leg muscles, aggravated I.T. bands, shin splints, Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis (heel or arch pain). This therapy may help to improve circulation, break up adhesions, improve mobility and range of motion, as well as speed up the lymphatic system to facilitate quicker recovery. Includes deep oscillation to reduce swelling, relieve pain and speed healing. Guests should wear shorts for this treatment, which is 80-minutes and $245.
Canyon Ranch Signature Foot and Lower-leg Rejuvenation
Guests can enjoy the ultimate in relief for feet from the effects of travel and too much standing. This luxurious service includes a warm herbal soak, deep oscillation to reduce swelling and discomfort and improve circulation, and concludes with an extended expert foot and leg massage leaving guests walking on a cloud. Treatment is 80-minutes and is $245.
Healthy In Heels
This treatment is designed for guests who choose fashion over comfort. The therapist will concentrate on trouble zones using delightful herbal products, expertly massaging and gently stretching feet and lower legs to soothe and revitalize. Treatment is 50-minutes and is $150.
Healthy On Your Feet
Foot, ankle or knee pain is relieved through this focused foot and lower leg massage to enhance blood flow to muscles, reduce inflammation around the joints and relax the entire lower body. Guests will experience instant relief from muscle soreness and fatigue. Treatment is 50-minutes and is $150.
Foot Doctor Express
Guests can get a new spring in their step in less than a half of an hour with this soothing cleansing and massage using special herbal products to refresh the feet and lower legs. Treatment is 25-minutes and is $85.
Instant Relief
This treatment is designed to alleviate painful symptoms associated with condition such as plantar fasciitis (heel or arch pain), sore Achilles tendons, Morton’s neuroma, shin splints or pain in the ball of the foot. The therapist will tailor the massage to meet guests’ individual needs, improve circulation, reduce inflammation and increase mobility. Treatment is 50-minutes and is $150.
Foot Rescue!
This therapeutic, invigorating treatment for the feet begins with a soothing footbath in herbal salts to refresh and relax. Canyon Ranch technicians will focus on the three C’s of wear and tear: calluses, corns and cracked, dry skin. The health of feet and nails will be restored. Treatment is 50-minutes and is $100.
